MBE Electrical & Autommation began from humble beginnings. Matt started as a one-man band, working out of a run-down L300 van and his home garage. With a deep passion for electrical work and a vision for the future, he slowly built the foundation of what is now a thriving family business.

Founded in 2018, the purpose behind starting the business was simple: To create a secure and promising future for our family. Since then, we’ve experienced incredible milestones — Married his wife (and MBE's office manager) Courtney, welcomed three beautiful children, and built their first home. These moments continue to motivate and inspire us, both in our personal lives and in the growth of our business.

Our founder, Matt, earned the top mark in New Zealand for his final exams, and he remains dedicated to staying at the cutting edge of the industry by upskilling himself and his team with the latest courses and regulations.
